DW and surplus land needs to be sold, under Ardent I don't think it can ever recover unfortunately.
I wouldn't throw more money at renovating or improving it.
The focus should solely be on ME and getting that to turn around and prosper. It is the only thing that has scale potential.
I do like the new management and think they can make the necessary decisions.
Just wished I had of sold out when it was 2.10 a few months back, it's going to be a long slow grind back with non-existent dividends for the next few years.
