I think you need to reread my first post. They did not pass the audit with flying colours as what some breaches were discovered (although can be quickly fixed) should not have happened.

It shows that whoever is in charge of safety is asleep at the wheel. 12yrs tagging has been around for in the workplace.

You do realise that by then not following the correct safety procedure for handling of the pool chemicals opens them up for industrial action from the employees unions and litigation from the employees should they develop any illness in the future.
