In flood plain areas, with waterways flowing through them, it's just unacceptable that appropriate zoning, flood mitigation works, and restrictions on development are not in place. Especially in and around a city with the size (5.6 million) and economy of greater Houston, the city of Bayous.

You have an interesting take on the resilience of Texans which I hope is true for both them and Ardent, but I am not convinced the rebound will come quickly for bowling centres. I believe the return to normality will come quickly for hardware stores and grocery shops, but bowling? I'm not convinced.
I think its good that only a few centres are effected but we still don't know by how much damage they've sustained.
Until more info comes available I think I will steer clear of Ardent, I've recently closed my position and don't think I'll jump back in.
Not just yet anyway.
