    April 15 (Reuters) - Ausenco Ltd (AAX) :

    • ANZ and NAB agreed to assignment of ausenco's existing bank borrowings and transition of bonding facilities to rcf
    • Notified that resource capital fund VI l.p. will replace anz and nab as ausenco's sole and primary secured lender
    • Says rcf has advised that it intends to advance discussions with the company
