    Aug 28 (Reuters) - Ausenco Ltd (AAX) :

    • Court approves scheme of arrangement (AAX)
    • Supreme court of New South Wales (court) has today made orders approving the scheme of arrangement
    • Scheme of arrangement under which resource capital fund VI l.p. (rcf) will acquire control of Ausenco
    • Should this occur, Ausenco will apply for shares to be suspended from trading on asx from close of trading on August 29
