just received this email from toxfree:

Steve is in the Pilbara for 2 days and has asked me to respond to your email.

The quarterly will be out this week. We are progressing with the possible acquisition of two closely related business opportunities with further site visits and negotiations.

The site improvement and capital works previously announced for Kwinana are under way and should be completed during November. There has been no final decision made on the upgrade of the TDU at this point in time.
