    Sept 11 (Reuters) - Aurora Absolute Return Fund (ABW)

    • Applied to federal court for a judicial review of takeovers panel decision
    • ABW is solely invested in AFARF so is impacted by application to federal court
    • Aurora denied that it has acted in concert with Keybridge Capital, or anyone else, in relation to affairs of Molopo
