Here the majority of find has been in hard rock, such as Lynas,NTU etc which is capital intensive to mine and a formidable expense to refine and often with technical barriers.
If ABX can elute the REE via in situ leaching, we have a relatively low capital production and refining in a single step.THere are a couple of explorers in SA,but other than that, although rare earths are found in many places,the problem is finding an economic deposit.
