- Aditya Birla Minerals Ltd - Hindalco accepts Metals X offer / director changes (ABY)
- Hindalco Industries Limited has accepted the off-market takeover offer by Metals X for all shares in ABML
- Metals X now has a relevant interest in 85.18% of the total ABML shares on issue
- Remaining ABML directors will stand down after Metals X obtains relevant interest in more than 90% of total ABML shares on issue
