no that wasn't the case at all Hoofa, we were advised that this may be the outcome, so it wasn't unexpected.

It doesn't change anything in the scheme of things just the pricing of the raise would have been lower whilst suspended due to the uncertainty around timing of relisting. The next opportunity will come when a deal goes into AC8 but at this time it will be at a higher price because the path to re listing will be clear in terms of timing.

We didn't think it was fair for punters to put money in then be escrowed should the ASX enforce it which they would have had the right to do - too much uncertainty so we elected to withdraw it.
