    So you front up with $30k to be used to try and achieve compliance with the ASX.

    Let's assume they use the raise a million dollars and still over time achieve no compliance on the ASX before the funds are depleted.

    If they were relisted with a viable business model, new board, new management, and transparency - then half a chance of attracting investors.

    Unfortunately, it is a dead duck - not even a tax loss.
