as I've said before on this forum - if you thought it was never going to get relisted then you'd never participate - its also a minimum of $1000 and up to $30000. not straight $30000 or nothing.

The reason why it has been offered to shareholders is that its giving all punters a chance to buy shares at a lower price before the next phase of the company. Unfortunately the reality of this market is that if I did this deal as a sophisticated investor only deal - i.e. a placement, most of you on this forum would be the first to complain that you didn't get access, so instead, I've given you all equal opportunity to participate...yet you still complain, so; don't be surprised if it gets relisted, all you guys dump at 1c or lower, sophisticated investors take all your stock (so you can get a tax loss which you probably don't need), tighten the register right up, good news flows and the stock runs.
