This is unrelated to production of the hard shell capsules as they outsourced all that to PCI Pharma. In fact, looking at their presentations way back, ALL of their proposed works were to be outsourced. The only thing they said they would do was "research", and they are only at the stage of setting up the research facility. They want to differentiate themselves against a host of players out there who simply sell oil bottles and gel capsules. But why these players just import and rebrand the products from the US and CAN? It's because that's all what there is with this "herb". You can put lipstick on the snout of a pig, but that won't change it into another animal. It's still a pig!
