Dec 15 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1030 GMT, on Friday:
** European broadcaster RTL Group RRTL.DE said that it would sell its Dutch subsidiary RTL Nederland to Belgium-based DPG Media in a deal worth 1.1 billion euros ($1.21 billion) that will also see the two companies enter into a strategic partnership.
** Shell SHEL.L has agreed to sell its 37.5% stake in the PCK Schwedt oil refinery, which supplies most of Berlin's fuel, to Britain's Prax Group, hoping to draw a line under its co-ownership in an asset majority-owned by Russia's Rosneft.
** British private equity firm Providence is considering selling Globeducate, a school business based in Spain and worth about 1 billion euros ($1.10 billion), newspaper Cinco Dias reported, citing unidentified financial sources.
** Hong Kong's Vinda International 3331.HK said Indonesian billionaire Sukanto Tanoto-owned Royal Golden Eagle (RGE) has made an offer to acquire the tissue and diaper maker for up to HK$26.13 billion ($3.35 billion).
** Czech defence and industrial company Czechoslovak Group has agreed to acquire an 80% stake in Italian high-end sporting and hunting shotgun maker Armi Perazzi, CSG said.
** India's Adani Ports APSE.NS said it will sell a 49% stake in its Ennore Container Terminal located in the southern city of Chennai to a unit of global shipping giant Mediterranean Shipping Company for about 2.47 billion rupees ($29.65 million).
** Australia's competition regulator has killed the $1 billion takeover of Healius (HLS) by rival Australian Clinical Labs (ACL) in its fourth decision in the past year to block a big ticket merger.
** Payments technology firm Global Payments GPN.N said on Thursday that it is not weighing an acquisition of peer Shift4 Payments FOUR.N , denying a media report of potential merger talks between the two.
** U.S. lithium miner Livent Corp LTHM.N has acquired a minority stake in the parent company of direct lithium extraction technology firm ILiAD Technologies, the companies said on Thursday.
** Brazilian energy firm Ambar Energia is set to buy electric utility Copel's 81.2% stake in natural gas-fired power plant UTE Araucaria for 320.7 million reais ($65.24 million), the firms said on Thursday.
