"Industry consolidation is imminent"
This stock looks attractively valued.
I'd buy it if I thought that they stood a chance of being a consolidatee, rather than acting as a consolidator. (I mean, they narrowly avoided stepped on a landmine with that dalliance with HLS).
Also, my "anecdata" from some months ago indicated a somewhat of a competitive land grab for qualified pathology staff in certain areas, which seemed to be in short supply at the time. Happy to be updated with the current situation, to the extent it has changed.
