My view is that we should try to see things in balance. The dossier that was put in back in 2018 is taking a longer than expected - that's a major concern. In my view its now taking longer than other applications have taken for "Similar" generics (if there is such a thing) applications - although I am sure some would disagree with that assessment as being a "how long is a piece of string" type comment.
The other two are still within the bounds of what is "reasonable" for such an application. Good move to get some fast talking yanks to push things along for us.
Apart from that, I cannot see what you people are really banging on about as far as gloom and doom. The negatives, apart from the now very slow 2018 dossier, are disappointing but not really a disaster. A disaster would be if one of the applications was rejected.
I think that just reading this blog would have told you that the staff have cushy jobs and generous remuneration. That has not changed in 10 years so its an old lament now. You just have to accept that as it will not change. Apart from that one the company is being buffeted a bit, but that is to be expected. Thank goodness they are cashed up atm.
I am very disappointed in the sp performance but can accept that the legal action and current slow going is causing investors to drop off.
It sucks be a holder atm. Fair enough. But not all is lost.
