a balance view is required for sure. Generic drugs are not a knew phenomenon but unlike orals and injectibles I think the formulation of topicals and transdermals must be hard. Axiron says we have the human intelligence to deliver but are the same scientists still working in the lab. I think the FDA has not helped but I'm not convinced they are the sole problem, agree with mwilson25 our dossiers are of a high enough quality to not be upfront rejected (and from what I have read the FDA is certainly not shy of doing that) but I think the dossiers must have issues and that's what the company is working through. It is only when we have 5-10 approved generics, all being marketed that our hypothesis will be proven true or false.
