A very sensible post.

I posed that very question you speak of about the dossier quality to their investor relations person at ACR several weeks ago. According to them there is no problem (as you would expect I guess). They indicated that questions from the FDA are a normal part of the process - and they are not getting any questions that are of any concern at this stage. To date all of the questions have been answered as part of the ongoing process and that there is nothing out of the ordinary for holders to worry about in regard the questions received so far. They seem confident that all is well with the dossiers - its just they cannot not push them along any faster.

Now of course they could have been "blowing sunshine" so it needs to be viewed through the lens that they may be talking themselves up to the holders. However, that's their position atm (for what its worth) and they gave me no reason in our conversation not to believe them.
