well, as to Axrion, can’t blame ACR for a courts ruling. And we now have US based partners that are/ will be dealing with the FDA. In the past year alone TruPharma has had 6-7 FDA approvals. ACR’s distance from the US would be a problem when dealing with the FDA. I can imagine that not bring based in the US, ACR is severely handicapped . Last year FDA approvals were down some 30% due to Covid. So there would be a huge backlog plus new applications being submitted daily. Jet
