I’m confident of ACR’s future. But it seems something has gone wrong with the FDA. Not that something is wrong with the compounds/formulas but with the filing process. Hence all the partnership deals. I wouldn’t be surprised if FDA was OK with the Formulas but wanted to know who would licence and distribute the drugs. Now we may be waiting for FDA to approve the partnerships. In future I’d say it will be the partners that submit an ANDA dossier , not ACR. I can only imagine what a bureaucratic nightmare the US FDA could be to deal with. Especially for foreign companies like ACR.
