gray group offloading slowly so as not to have too dramatic an impact on the SP. Why are they offloading?. Well I for one am concerned about:
1) lack of transparency;
2) only recent urgency to get pipeline happening;
3) no reports on what has happened to hexima matter - costs of that JV, who has walked away with what etc - not to mention the perceived conflict of interest a certain board member may have had (since resigned from that company I understand);
4) scant regard to SH's in relation to performance bonuses and wages paid to staff. Bonuses internally "rated" with no regard to external influences (eg. market share, SP, etc);
5) cessation of dividends for an unspecified period. That's the biggie IMO why the large SH is on the "run" - no return for investors and for the past few years no capital gain either;
6) the LONG lead time for the next batch of products - even assuming that all testing goes well;
7) lack of movement in management so no new directions. Had been hopeful that the appointments in the last 12-18 months would've had an impact but unfortunately not. Why? is another question.


so the above relates to my concerns but no doubt the cessation of dividends would have been a major factor for large investors as there is no return on funds - either dividends or capital gains.

if you have followed this stock for as long as I have (used to be in the $3.00's) and the ultimate demise to where it is now - you wouldn't have to ask the question. In other words you obviously have a view that things may be looking up but that's not the view the market is taking IMO otherwise we wouldn't be at such depths SP wise. All IMO so DYOR.
