Nigel is happy to have his email published. It is a reply to my queries why the charities signed up do not show ACU as a way of making a donation.

Firstly, thank you for your investment and support of Activistic.

Also, thank you for your email that we received through the Activistic website.

As you have rightly identified, on many of the partner websites we have yet to establish the VC logo and branding. That is not to say that we are not actively working with them all on marketing activities and events. In this early stage of the partnerships (only just over one quarter), we have been more focused on understanding the partner assets and (in particular) the events that they will be actively supporting, and then co-marketing with them.

You may recall in some of the previous presentations, that the reason the Activistic platform is such a large opportunity is because today over 90% of donations happen off-line. This implies that in most cases (notable exception being IAVA) there is limited activity and visits or followings to the current partners’ websites. As a result, we have not focused on them. Most of the partners also have limited bandwidth and so our strategy is to focus on the areas that they will get PR and visibility in, and then, as part of those activities ensure they are integrating VC into their websites.

For example, the Veterans Charities are all now gearing up activities, PR and events for the Memorial Day Celebrations in May and Independence Day on July 4 – we are working with they to co-market. You can bet that as part of those activities they will be retro-fitting VC into their websites and marketing mix.

Hope that helps you better understand the approach.

Separately, on the question of the telecoms providers, the answer is very straightforward. In both the US and the UK we use mobile aggregator partners who link directly with the telco providers in market to facilitate the billing process. This means that through our partnership with Mobile Giving Foundation (US) and TxtNation (UK) we have nearly 100% coverage of the markets (indirectly therefore, all major telco providers).

Look forward to you continued support as we have an exciting quarter ahead and a set of partnerships that we hope to be able to speak about soon that will help reinforce the unique value proposition of Activistic.

    Kind Regards

    NIGEL"
