    In the mortgage space it's a race to the bottom in terms of fees unfortunately. Theres about 5-6 big firms in the game and they really are their own worst enemies. It's for this reason Acumentis are trying to grow their other business lines ie family law work, self managed super fund work, insurance valuations etc.
