Banks use automated valuations for nearly all their valuations now paying a few dollars for the reports. You can see it already, the massive AI (ChatGPT and beyond) advances are causing the 1990s/early 2000s "bank valuer" to become obsolete. HTW noted in a January 2023 brief changes to delivery of their Automated Valuation Reports reports in response to Bank demand for potential 10 min loan approvals, Opteon have moved into the Tech Space acquiring companies with growth prospects and ACU have sat still with their hands in the sand. Terrible time for company, we are one decent sell order away from the Covid 2020 lows and into the 5 cents and under penny stock abyss

Only thing for it now is to stitch together consecutive profitable quarters - no matter what it takes. Meanwhile as you say, some renewal would be ideal with the next decade in mind.
