• FY revenue from ordinary activities $123.4 million versus $82.4 million
• FY net profit $5.7 million versus $11.6 million
• Says has not paid, and does not propose to pay dividends, for the year ended

  30 June 2016

• Aconex may not be able to fully achieve its strategic objectives in the

  strategic acquisitions of conject, incite keystone and worksite

• Inherent uncertainties exist in the integration of operations of acquired

  entities

• Aconex may lose existing customers or key personnel, as a result of an
