Semi from my experience with government approval bodies this is standard procedure, however the business (ADO) then has the options to stage the approval process to ensure schedule creep is reduced and new human resources can be deployed. So ADO IMHO could ask for approval on the nasal pharyngeal sample process and then follow up with additional supporting information on the other samples which DT said they added to the TGA submission. Therefore TGA approval could quiet possibly be days away for our original submission! If the country had a raging Australian Bush Fire they would deploy all resources to contain it. It is the Australian Way. This is no different however it could be a raging COVID fire over the festive period. It would be Un-Australian to not act (Duty of Care) considering all of the supporting evidence ADO would have provided!
