Yeah I totally get that and you and I both struggled for an entry at the same time (between 2-3c). It all looked pretty rosy for a month , then it didn't.
I am not usually this generous or fool hardy but I think they are onto something.
The stability of the sp after the announcement suggests to me things are not as bad as they seem and the rising is likely to be supported by the Note Holders who are converting and the other majors. I'm gonna get diluted anyway so in for a penny, in for a pound.
If they pull it off, even with double the shares there should be reasonable upside.
