    • WAM LEADERS AND ABSOLUTE EQUITY PERFORMANCE FUND SET TO MERGE
    • WAM LEADERS WILL ACQUIRE 100% OF SHARES IN AEG THROUGH A SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT
    • AEG SHAREHOLDERS WILL RECEIVE NEW WAM LEADERS SHARES AS CONSIDERATION
    • WAM LEADERS SHARES UNDER SCHEME WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE ANY FY2022 FULLY FRANKED FINAL DIVIDEND THAT IS PAID BY WAM LEADERS
