Aeris Environmental (ASX:AEI) has been granted an ASX trading halt in relation to a material fundraising.
The halt will last until the earlier of the announcement being made or the start of trade on Thursday, 11th June 2015.
In May, Grosvenor Engineering Group agreed to exclusively implement Aeris’ ‘clean, green’ solutions across all sites that it services for a high profile national retailer.
The AerisGuard remediation solution extends the life of HVAC coils, alongside material improvements in the carbon footprint, system efficiency, indoor air quality, and performance.
