I think there are a lot of investors sitting on the sidelines like Growler waiting for solid and material news to invest here.
History with AEV is still the biggest problem for most investors and even at these sp levels many people still see it as to risky.
The SP will not move one iota until BOA's eventuate and even then it might not move much until they move into production of some sort (DSO).
