I agree, They do seem to be trying to align their strategy with the current conditions. Especially the way they are diversifying their partners with each product in mind. It's forward looking and simply just good business.
They just need a couple of things to turn in their favour now. But the large resource is there and it's theirs and it's valuable and is not going to miraculously disappear.
Most junior explorers never really have any intent on taking a resource discovery to mining stage. They just keep proving it up with costly drilling and hope one of the big guys take them out. Then they move onto the next. So although headwinds and obstacles which is always par the course, I have to give credit to management for trying to take this to the next level.
