I'm taking the position of a quietly confident optimist. The silence from AEV since receiving Hebang's YP project proposal is good silence, I think. I'm imagining negotiations and financing discussions are going on in the background. One thing to be relatively certain of - there won't be any substantial equity placement to fund a YP. Should be mostly debt financing, backed by a binding offtake agreement. A placement would be so large and dilutive as to make the shares worthless.
