Um… I dunno, maybe:
1) so the new Directors (who are already our largest shareholder) can make a killing on the 100’s of millions of shares they practically got for a song;2) so the share-price can start heading in a direction that will eventually reflect the value of the resource we hold (for once);3) to create value for shareholders (for once), you know, like it says on the AEV website.
It’s incumbent upon every company Director to work in the interests of their shareholders and that means actively working to increase the SP. Now if they don’t even give progress reports how’s anyone to know how their investment is performing? The AEV forum has been rife with wrong guesswork for years due to investors being kept in the dark.
AEV and NO NEWS has only ever resulted in one thing - a declining SP. It’s in its DNA and, oh look, it’s happening again now.
Update the market and shareholders on what’s going on - silence is death for the SP. Always has been, always will be (that goes doubly for AEV).
IMO, all positive news whether big or small, price sensitive or not is important to a company that’s a long way off from generating revenue.

Good God, if Hebang does what it says it’s going to do, AEV will more than likely become a billion dollar plus company one day, therefore I think the current SP is already beyond dirt cheap and in accumulation territory.
And if you think they don’t already have enough, the new Directors will get short term and long term incentive payments - more $$$$ for them.
Hebang is worth 15 billion from memory and their income is also in the billions - I think their family and associates are doing just fine. Pity the same can’t be said about AEV’s investors to date.
I don’t know about you, but I’d like to make some money on AEV (for once), and for that to happen I need the SP to rise and hold its gains before rising further (for once). NEWS goes a long way to supporting that.
