Their investor document thanks to acquisition embedment and industry consolidation. That's why I believe that may look to acquire and not just invest in the business. NIM pressure and desire to create scale might necessitate this. Being able to acquire using mostly cash is cheaper that going down the equity businesses especially when potential targets valuations have reduced. IMO.
