    Seems like a good deal for existing shareholders as the market price is above the offer price, particularly if gold and silver continue their upward trend. AGD needs to expand its resources (e.g. via the exploration to be funded by this offer) to extend its mine lives anyway, so this offer looks like a well timed move to me.
