    Feb 3 (Reuters) - Austral Gold Ltd (AGD) :

    • Definitive arrangement agreement finalised with Argentex (AGD)
    • Says agreement with respect to the acquisition by Austral of Argentex
    • Deal for about CAD$5.8 million
    • Upon effective time of transaction all directors and officers of Argentex, other than Wayne hubert, will resign from positions
