    decent cash infusion for austral. The terms of the deal look pretty good… 20% ownership in E2 which gives exposure to their portfolio and the options for their shares could be lucrative if E2 price goes up.

    having a 2% NSR is not a bad deal either. Austral is right to focus on getting more ounces at their existing operations.
