OK- this is left of field, but about the only thing AGI is good for is a takeover, as Nova paid way too much for the 53%.
the only way they can get the takeover up is via the 10% Len and his missus have as a blocking vote.
now from all reports, even though this bloke is 94, he really has no inherent, publicised health issues so should just die from old age. and i have no idea about his missus, her age and health.

in other words, this old bloke could kick on for years- that's what you have to base your investment criteria on.

So the trouble is that Nova is between a rock and hard place with AGI.

Oz sales are pathetic and getting worse and Nth American sales are only as promising as Nova allows due to 100/53 sale proceeds.

ps- if Len kicks the bucket tomorrow( and of course i hope not as i am a caring soul), i myself would be prepared to pay $2.10 with a 50% portfolio weighting.
