Unfortunately he’s good at his game and the board failed to proceed with what’s best for shareholders. Slowly step by step he’s putting us into a position where we have no other choices but to accept his low ball offer.
He’s turning this company into a crisis and unmanageable so he can overthrow the board and install his people. By voting down the demerger and effectively the board, we’d ceded control of the company to his camp.
