Origin went through a similar transition to Kraken didn't they and it didnt end up with a big outflow of customers.
I do struggle with the numbers though. Spending about $100m/yr for next 3yrs to get potential for $80-90m savings in 4 or 5yrs time. It is going to take a long time to get a return on that investment it seems.
