Octopus does seem to be doing a good job alright! That is a huge difference to the rest of the field.
Maybe hard to make out from this survey but I wonder how much of this is due to Kraken and how much of it is due to Octopus being a newer entrant and having a better approach to its customers? Maybe a bit of both.
It seems like newer entrants by their nature take a more modern approach to customer service, simpler bills, ease of use online etc. The older utilities are still playing catch up.
