Testra doesn't generate any power so are just another player in the retailer 'middle man' (excuse the gender reference) space seeking to get a profit which just adds more cost to the end-user unless they can screw the generators or the distributors down .. and why would they reduce price unless they are forced to? The government can only subsidise the renewables for so long - at some point they need to stand on their own two feet and sell power at the 'true cost' .. and then see what happens!
