Yes that is fair. Though surely the rest of the renewable powered smelters need adding to the percentage, including Canada, China, USA, Sth America.
The Tomago deal is mostly for cost purposes. They don't have security of supply. At the time that they signed it, it was cheap power. AGL is shutting the coal plants when the coal supply agreements end, because at market price they can't compete.
Tomago's future deals will also be for cost purposes but no-one will underwrite expensive coal generation.
