how can SA electricity be 50% higher than VIC with Elon's battery; and solar / wind providing so, so much FREE electricity
and if what you say is true, why does SCOMO not build a gas generator is SA
what you say may be true, but the facts on the ground dont seem to back that up (mind you, when does govt let facts get in the way of what they do)
