What does amaze me is that MCB secured his 11.3 % at a premium to the Market @ $8.75. That to me then should have been the Floor selling price on opening today.
An Investor worth his salt should be able to see the proposed Demerger for what it is - a farce.
And Wholesale Electricity prices increases, don't forget AGL buys a lot of it's supply thru off-take agreements.
