Yes, the world is having supply constraint and price pressure - but demand like this, creates its own industries... we are not competing with builders here for 4x2 and toilet seats.
Irrespective of what people think about renewables vs fossil fuel - there is capital to be invested - lots of it, supply shortages will be meet with increased (or competing) supply in a relatively short space of time.
