My comment was that construction will be out to 2051, not delayed to 2051,, that is it will be completed to 2051, just like it says on their website.
You have no idea what it takes to build something of this size. Major construction start, yes, access roads that can carry heavy haulage equipment, building foundations etc that will require many years before the first turbine is even assembled, Yes some may start operation, but construction is to 2051
