Does the word, "Public" mean anything too u?

U r rewarded by the amount u invest in a Public company and shouldn’t be allowed to double dip by getting privileges with extra voting voting powers.

The Corp Act had has deteriorated a Public company into the masses simply supplying the funding without an affective say!

There r many other business entities which cater for voting privileges.

Originally a listed Public company basically started off similar to a Co-Op with one vote per shareholder, irrespective of the amount invested.

Basically in AGL, 91.52 % of shareholders with holding below 5000 shares wishes are simply railroaded by a minority!

This is supposed to be Australia, not a country that supports a dictatorial system!
