The 90% of the rest of us could band together and get control. Our issue is that most of us are apathetic so people like MCB who are passionate can manipulate that a fair bit. Equally, someone who only had 10 shares, but was passionate, and actually had a good argument, could easily win over the masses and be a counter view to MCB. I agree with you to some degree though, money counts, influence counts, but the world is full of stories where David takes down Goliath.
