I would very happily bet that claimed ppas for renewables do not exceed installed capacity
typical renewable generators only typically sell ~30-40% of nameplate capacity as ppas... unless they obtain their own source of firming - IFN did this by buying Smithfield gas plant and then increased ppas to ~60% of nameplate.
they only ever used the gas plant at prices above 150mw... utilisation rate ~3%
guess what will be getting used working forward as storagePh and bess and gas as lucky last
